INTRODUCTION

Living Things and Non-living Things

Living organisms undergo metabolism, maintain homeostasis, possess a capacity to grow, respond to stimuli, reproduce and, through natural selection, adapt to their environment in successive generations. More complex living organisms can communicate through various means.

Living things and Non-living things are subjects that one has to master. The basic of all sciences relies on the student learning to differentiate between the two. There are things that are obvious to tell apart, however things that are living but are hardly moving may get confusing at times.
